Moodle is open source Learning Management Systems. Many feature in Moodle can make your learning activity will be more attractive.
Some detail in learning progress will show there. For example, After student doing Quiz. Teacher can see Response History for each question. There are data about start opening question, input the answer and finish the question.

But for some reason, may we do not need this information. Let's say when you want to print this. It will need much paper. So, How to disable or remove Response History in Moodle Quiz?
You can do that in Moodle Root. First, Log in to Your Cpanel that hosted Moodle. Next, as usually, open File Manager.
Go to public Html Folder. Now, You see some folder there. You only need to open MOD folder. The, go to Quiz Folder.
Scroll, find the file 'locallib.php'. Just need right click then choose Edit.
If you are a beginner, your head is in the sky to see the code there. Press CTRL+F combination in your keyboard. In the search coloumn type this,
$option-> history=questions_display...

Change the options. Use Visible to show optional like attempt, feedback or any in Response History. Any way, to hide / remove/ disable just using Hidden in Display_Options.
